I was helping my parents who are in their 80's lease a Kia Soul. The way we were treated was fantastic. I didn't have to jump through hoops to get a fair price. They were professional, friendly and upfront, none of the usual car salesperson garbage. Marvin Cameron helped us complete everything and was extremely helpful. David Hansen is the general manager and he is the one who got us started. I can't say enough about this place. It was more than an hour drive, but we would do it again. It was a very good experience.
I just purchased a 2013 Kia from Boucher Kia of Milwaukee yesterday. I love it! My salesman Eric was so kind and made me feel at home. They really do care and go the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. I wanted a Black on Black 2013 Kia Sportage and just a short time later, and a fee signatures, I drove away smiling from ear to ear... The finance guy Brian was also really cool and took the time to explain everything. He also will try to get you the best rate possible. After being disappointed at every single Kia dealership in the greater SE Wisconsin area, we purchased our new Soul from Eric at Boucher Kia. Eric was spectacular, and easily the best salesperson I have dealt with when buying a car. He made the experience super easy and was very upfront about exactly what we'd be paying. I love how no-nonsense he was and appreciate that he didn't try to play any "I have to go ask my manager" games that are so common in the car buying world. I would recommend Boucher Kia to anyone I know looking for a car. From the woman who answered the phone, to Eric, to the finance man we worked with, everyone was fantastic.

When we entered the dealership we were asked if we needed help by Sales person named Vivian Redd. She asked if we were interested in purchasing a car, we stated we were looking and wanted to check out the Soul. She asked us to take a seat in the lounge area while she delivered papers to a office. She came back and asked about us taking out Soul 2010 on the lot for a test drive. I did, came back and asked about leasing, because I liked the car. She then looked into available 2012. She found a 2012+ in stock. She brought it out and pointed out all the features and differences. I liked the color,interior and the feel of sitting in the car. We were able to come up with a deal with a trade that day and we accepted. She even programed my phone, also offered to placed the license from old car to the new because they were very current. WE finalize the payment price with the finance department. We liked the warranty program. Because the dealership was so busy that evening they asked if we would be willing to wait next day for pick-up so it could cleaned and inspected. We said ok!
Sales experience exemplified a non-pressure environment. Staff was extremely friendly and family like. GM was willing to meet me on the Price I was willing to pay. All information pertaining to my purchase was clearly communicated and fully disclosed. There were no misleading sales gimmicks or hidden secrets. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new Kia.
This Dealership and especially the sales person, Donna Rytlewski is excellent in her manner of answering all questions expertly. She was the first sales person in all the years I have purchased a vehicle that actually walked me around it and sat in it; showed me how to use each of its features! Wonderful. Marvin was an excellent salesman. Very informative, extremely helpful, and has called us back several times to ask how everything was going with the new Sorento. He also was never pushy. We purchased the car from him on our second trip back. We were not sure of what color we wanted and Marvin pulled both cars out side by side, (on probably the coldest day of the year)and patiently waited till we made our decision. We would highly recommend him to anyone interested in looking or buying a car.

All costs were explained throughly by both Donna and Sarah in finance.We got a quality car ,terrific warranty and assurance we can come back with any questions and be treated like a valued customer.
